Justin Bieber is a global sensation. His two albums, November 2009’s My World and March 2010’s My World 2.0 have sold more than six million copies. The video for his song “Baby” is the single most viewed music video on YouTube, and his total YouTube views total more than one billion. Bieber is currently out on his first headlining tour of North America.
Grammy-nominated Katy Perry’s latest album, Teenage Dream, debuted at the top of the Billboard Charts and has already produced two #1 singles, “California Gurls” and “Teenage Dream,” with third single “Firework” just breaking into the charts. Perry’s California Dreams 2011 world tour kicks off in Europe next February before hitting Australia and Japan in May, and then America during summer.
2010 has been an incredible year for Ke$ha, who has sold over 15 million combined units worldwide. Less than 10 months after the #1 debut of Animal in January 2010, the album, featuring the smash breakthrough single “TiK ToK,” has been certified platinum and sold over 2 million units worldwide. Ke$ha’s highly anticipated companion album, Cannibal, will be released on November 22.
