Justin Bieber‘s camp issued a quick and serious response to a story that bubbled up Tuesday evening on Radar Online and Star magazine – just as he was appearing on Dancing With the Stars.
The story is that Mariah Yeater, 20, filed a paternity lawsuit against Bieber, 17, on Monday, claiming he is the father of her baby boy, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, born July 6. Yeater says Bieber propositioned her on Oct. 25 of last year, when she was 19. She says the two got together (his “first time”) after his concert, backstage at L.A.’s Staples Center.
Justin’s response. He tweeted this morning:
“all the rumors…the gossip….Im gonna focus on the positives….the music.”
Updates to follow.

David Hasselhoff was relieved to be voted off Dancing With The Stars on Tuesday night (Sept.10) because his exit came just a day after he underwen t a painful operation on his injured knee.
The former Baywatch star had a minor surgical procedure to drain fluid from the joint on Monday morning (Sep.t20), just hours before he took to the dancefloor for the hit reality TV show.
Hasselhoff wore a knee brace during Monday’s performance, but his below par dancing skills weren’t popular with the audience or the judges and h e was given the boot during Tuesday’s eviction episode.
The actor’s manager Larry Thompson has now revealed Hasselhoff was hidi ng a painful secret – a chronically sore knee – and needed regular inject ions to keep the swelling down.
Thompson tells E! Online, “He’s disappointed he didn’t win, but he’s re lieved he doesn’t have to dance on it (anymore). (It’s not) an excuse. It ‘s the truth.”
