Donald Trump Declares Trace Adkins Winner Of All Star Celebrity Apprentice

The second time was the charm for Trace Adkins on Celebrity Apprentice. The country singer, who lost the reality show competition to Piers Morgan in 2008, was “hired” by Donald Trump on the All-Star season finale Sunday night. Illusionist Penn Jillette was the runner up.

The final challenge involved Adkins and Jillette facing off in an ice cream duel. Both men had to create their own Walgreens Delish ice cream flavor and promote the product with a video and a VIP launch party. While Jillette’s Magic Swurtle actually out sold Adkins’ Maple Macadamia Mash-up, Adkins raised more money than Jillette. Adkins raised $564,000 to Jillette’s $503,655.

“The winner of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice is … the very great … Trace Adkins,” Trump announced.

“Trace is a star all the way and now joins Piers Morgan, Joan Rivers, Bret Michaels, John Rich and Arsenio Hall as winners of the toughest reality show on television today,” he added. “I’d also like to salute Penn, who was also a very impressive player.”

Adkins was awarded an extra $250,000 to give to his charity, the American Red Cross.

“Sometimes in life, we begin a task wondering if it’s the right thing to do,” Adkins said. “Tonight, I can proudly say that competing on the show a second time ended up being a very good thing. I was honored to play for the American Red Cross – they came to my family’s aid when we needed them, and I am a man who repays my debts,” Adkins said after his win.

Lil Jon was crowned the fan favorite and was given $100,000 for his charity, the American Diabetes Association.

Donald Trump Investigating Twitter Hack Attack

Property mogul and reality TV star Donald Trump is on the hunt for cyber criminals who hacked into his Twitter account and posted raunchy lyrics to a song by Lil Wayne.

Fans of the Celebrity Apprent  boss were left puzzled on Thursday when the businessman appeared to quote rap track Scream & Shout.

A post on his social networking page read, “These [expletive] think they classy, well that’s the class I’m skippin”, but the tweet was promptly deleted as soon as Trump spotted the mystery message.

He alerted his two million followers to the Twitter intrusion, writing, “My Twitter has been seriously hacked – and we are looking for the perpetrators.”

Trump then warned Twitter bosses they needed to step up their security software to prevent losing users, adding, “Twitter will soon be irrelevant if lowlifes are so easily able to hack into accounts.”

However, the online attack didn’t stop the real estate tycoon from returning to the micro-blogging site – he was back to tweeting on Friday.

Trump isn’t the only star to take action against online hackers – Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr is also working with an Internet crime unit to track down the fraudster who recently logged into her Twitter page.

Cher Calls Donald Trump an "A**hole"

On Wednesday, Cher called Donald Trump a “pompous a**hole” on her Twitter account.

“Donald Trump is a pompous a**hole! Saw him in Aspen with one Dcup chick after another Everyone up there thought he was a complete idiot,” wrote the 64-year-old multiple award-winning actress and singer.

She also tweeted another mean-spirited message about the Donald shortly after her first one. It read, “Donald Trump ( mr chapter11) is Only a Mean Spirited BAD ACTOR who couldn’t find his a** with both hands & a map!”

Cher’s verbal assault on Trump came not long after Trump publicly took credit for forcing the White House to release Obama’s birth certificate, which they did on Wednesday. Cher is reportedly an Obama supporter.
