Highly Anticipated Celine Dion Love Me Back To Life Album To be Released November 5th

Columbia Records is thrilled to announce the release of Loved Me Back To Life, the highly anticipated new album from multi-platinum-selling and five-time Grammy Award-winning musical legend Celine Dion. Loved Me Back To Life, Dion’s first English-language album in six years, will be released in the U.S. Tuesday, November 5 on Columbia Records (see track list below).

The album’s pulsating, upbeat first single, also titled “Loved Me Back To Life,” is available digitally today here. Pre-order the album through CelineDion.com, iTunes, and Amazon. Dion will perform “Loved Me Back To Life” live on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this Friday, September 6 and on The Ellen DeGeneres Show next Wednesday, September 11. Listen to “Loved Me Back To Life” on CelineDion.com now.

Loved Me Back To Life offered Dion the chance to work with a team of exceptional producers and songwriters including Ne-Yo, Diane Warren, Tricky Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Eg White, Daniel Merriweather, Babyface, Audra Mae Butts, Play Production, Eman, Janis Ian, Danny Mercer, Andrew Goldstein, Shaffer Smith, Jessi Alexander, Tommy Lee James, Corparal, Sauce, Kyle Townsend, Dana Parish, Andrew Hollander, Aaron Pearce, Kuk Harrell, and Walter Afanasieff. The album’s single and title track was written by Sham & Motesart and Sia. In addition, Ne-Yo and Stevie Wonder lend their incredible talents as Dion’s duet partners.

In December of 2007, Dion concluded an unprecedented concert engagement in Las Vegas—five consecutive years of sold-out shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, a $100 million venue built exclusively for her performances. This historic, original show, entitled “A New Day…”, was one of the highest grossing concerts in music history, selling more than 3 million tickets in its run and helping make Dion the highest-grossing touring artist in the world from 2000 to 2010. In 2011, Celine returned to The Colosseum with a brand-new critically-acclaimed show, simply entitled “Celine,” playing to sold-out audiences since opening night. This spectacular show, which will continue for several years to come, features Dion’s greatest hits, some surprising covers, and a few songs featured on Loved Me Back To Life, including the title track.

Having sold more than 220 million albums around the world, Celine Dion is one of the most immediately recognized, widely respected and successful performers in pop music history. In addition to numerous U.S. and international gold, platinum and multi-platinum certifications, Celine Dion has seen two of her albums—Falling Into You and Let’s Talk About Love—each achieve RIAA Diamond status in recognition of sales of more than 10 million copies in the U.S. alone (each selling more than 30 million worldwide). She has been awarded five Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for “My Heart Will Go On” in 1998, Album of the Year and Best Pop Album for Falling Into You in 1996, and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for “Beauty and the Beast” in 1992. Both “My Heart Will Go On” and “Beauty and the Beast” received Best Song Academy Awards for their respective years of release.

Russell Brand Still Loves Katy Perry

Russell Brand says he “still loves” estranged wife Katy Perry.

The British comedian filed for divorce in December after just 14 months of marriage. However, he opens up about his feelings for his ex during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” to air Thursday.

“Me and Katy got divorced. I still love her as a human being,” Brand, 36, tells DeGeneres in a somber segment.

“But, sometimes when you’re in a relationship I suppose it doesn’t work out, does it? But that doesn’t mean I regret it or anything. I was very happy to be married with her. She’s such a beautiful human being and I just have only love and positivity for her,” he said.

Lady Gaga Wants to Earn Film Roles

Lady Gaga is warning movie executives to stop offering her film roles if they are not prepared to make her audition because she wants to work to land her big screen acting debut.

The Poker Face hitmaker reveals she is being courted to appear in Hollywood projects, but she can’t understand why producers are so ready to hand her the job without seeing if she is any good.

She tells Ellen DeGeneres, “I’m not sure (about acting). When I talk about acting I’m always surprised that no one ever asks me to audition. They just say, ‘We want you to do this movie.’ I’m like, ‘Why? You’ve never seen me act before. I want to audition, I want to work for it.’ So when I get offered jobs and I don’t audition for them, I (turn them down).”

But Gaga admits she would jump at the chance to work with a certain director.

She says, “I guess my dream would be to be in a Woody Allen movie or something.”

Selena Gomez: Dealing With Justin Bieber Baby Scandal Has Been “Hard”

Disney star Selena Gomez has stuck by boyfriend Justin Bieber’s side since 20-year-old Mariah Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit against him two weeks ago, but that doesn’t mean it has been easy. Speaking on Thursday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show, Gomez admitted it is has been hard to deal with the scandal.
“What a crazy last two weeks it’s been in the news,” Ellen DeGeneres commented.
“To say the least,” Gomez replied. “It’s not easy.”
When DeGeneres asked if she is “alright,” Gomez answered, “I have been, yeah.”
Bieber, 17, has repeatedly denied Yeater’s claims that he is the father of her 4-month-old son. The lawsuit was dropped this week, but Yeater is reportedly still pushing for Bieber to take a paternity test.
