Former Melrose Place actress Heather Locklear remains hospitalized following a 911 call and trip to the hospital by ambulance. According to reports, paramedics arrived at Locklear’s home Thursday shortly after a 911 call was placed from the residence. Lockear, 50, was taken to the Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California.
Locklear’s hospitalization has been confirmed by authorities, but the nature of her emergency was not disclosed. “Emergency response personnel responded to a medical emergency call at Ms. Locklear’s residence. Once they arrived, it was determined that Ms. Locklear needed to be transported to the hospital for further medical attention,” Ventura County Sheriff’s Captain Mike Aranda said.
Multiple media reports suggest Locklear mixed prescription medication and alcohol. Her rep has not commented on the reports.
Locklear, who has a 14-year-old daughter with ex-husband Richie Sambora, most recently made headlines for calling off her engagement to actor Jack Wagner.
