Robert Pattinson Tipped For Hunger Games Sequel As Finnick Odair

Robert Pattinson set tongues wagging, not for the photo call of his latest movie Cosmopolis, but because he’s been linked with a surprise role in the new Hunger Games movie, Catching Fire.

Think McFly Think say they’ve got the skinny on casting for the next two Hunger Games movies and that RPattz is up there to play the super handsome Finnick Odair, who won the games aged just 14.

Finnick encounters Katniss Everdeen played by Jennifer Lawrence during some hairy scenes in the second installment and is a key character.

Should he accept the role he’ll be back under the helm of Water For Elephants director Francis Lawrence.

But for now Robert will be focusing on his time at the Canne Film festival and Cosmopolis, the movie about a millionaire who’s Manhattan trip to get a haircut leads to a life changing sequence of events.

Other actors on the sequel wish list are Zac Efron, Chace Crawford and Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz.

Ashley Greene to Roommate Kellan Lutz: ‘Don’t Bring Anyone Home. Ever.’

Ashley and Kellan on the set of  New Moon.

We guess they didn’t get sick of working with each other, because Twilight stars Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz are now planning on becoming roomies. Hollyscoop.com talked to Greene about how her new living arrangement is going to work.

“We have been discussing possibly sharing a place in New York because we both always talk about how much we go and how much we love it,” Greene told Hollyscoop.com at the Ella Moss 10-year anniversary event.

“It’s quite expensive to have a place here and there. I have a place in New York right now. We are kind of talking about maybe trying to find…a two bedroom. It’s going to be cheaper than what I have now. We are going to try to find something. Hopefully we can both agree on something.”

And while their relationship is strictly plutonic, we can’t help but wonder if there might be a budding romance going on.

“I think the rule is don’t bring anybody home, ever,” Green told HS.

The two are apparently BFFs off set, and they play adopted siblings in Breaking Dawn so it would sort of incestual if they did hook up. .

Lutz says of their rooming together: “We’re never here at the same time but we both love New York. So we’d be roommates without being roommates… more like housemates.”

Britney Spears’ Charity Event Raises $200,000

Britney Spears has thanked her celebrity pals for helping her raise over $200,000 for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts at her California charity event on Wednesday (11May11).

The Toxic hitmaker hosted An Evening of Southern Style at a private residence in Beverly Hills to benefit the St. Bernard Project, an organisation which helps those made homeless by the devastating storm which ripped through her home state of Louisiana in 2005.
During the evening, Spears served her own “homemade sweet tea”, while her father Jamie catered a traditional southern menu for celebrity guests including Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez, Kelly Osbourne, Kellan Lutz and Kim Kardashian.
The pop superstar has now thanked the stars for showing their support and revealed the evening was a big success.
In a post on Twitter.com, she writes, “Thank you everyone who came out to support my charity event last night with St Bernard Project. With your help we raised over 200k! – Britney.” Spears then named and thanked her celebrity guests for their attendance.
