Marine Corps Ball

Justin Timberlake Attends Marine Corps Ball

Justin Timberlake attended a Marine Corps Ball in Richmond, Virginia over the weekend as the date of 23-year-old Marine Cpl. Kelsey De Santis.

De Santis had asked Timberlake to the event via YouTube request and, after the event, she tweeted that she had a great time:

“The ball was epic! Had a wonderful time.”

Timberlake added on his blog that he was impressed with the young lady:

“I have to tell you, it’s not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she’s more worried about if I’m having fun or if I’m comfortable! It hit me all of a sudden that these were the type of people that look after us and our freedom.”

De Santis’ request came after another Marine requested that Mila Kunis attend a ball with him. Timberlake encouraged Kunis and was later asked out himself by De Santis.

Marine Asks Betty White To Be His Date For Marine Corps Ball

Another Hollywood star may be headed to a Marine Corps Ball. Days after Marines Scott Moore and Kelsey De Santis asked Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake respectively to be their dates to an upcoming Marine Corps Ball, 89-year-old actress Betty White has received an invite from Sgt. Ray Lewis.

“I would like to take Betty White, she’s funny, she’s sweet, she’s mature, she’s the all-around the perfect women. I’m fun… I’m going to be performing. I think I could make her laugh, I think she could make me laugh. I think we could laugh together. It’s gonna be great,” Lewis says in a YouTube video.

While Kunis and Timberlake have both agreed to attend the ball, White has not yet commented.

Justin Timberlake Invited To Marine Corps Ball By Corporal

Justin Timberlake has been invited to attend a Marine Corps Ball after helping to persuade his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis to go to one as a soldier’s date.

Kunis, who was asked to attend the gala via a video posted by Sgt. Scott Moore, has since pulled out of the party due to work commitments – and now her onscreen lover has become the target of a military fan.
Corporal Kelsey De Santis, who is stationed at theMarine Corps base at Quantico in Virginia, has posted her own video clip on, asking the SexyBack singer to be her date.
She says, “Justin, you wanna call out my girl Mila, well I’m gonna call you out and ask you to go to the Marine Corps Ball with me on November 12, in Washington D.C.”
Quoting the title of one of Timberlake’s hits, she continues, “If you can’t go, all I can say is, ‘Cry me a river’.”
Even if he agrees and Kunis reconsiders, they won’t be at the same ball – De Santis has invited him to one six days before the party the actress was to attend.
Kunis, who is still trying to rearrange her production schedule so she can make the date with her soldier fan, has agreed to meet with Sgt. Moore privately when he returns from Afghanistan, where he is currently posted.
