Justin Bieber Declares Retirement Plans Again on Twitter

Pop superstar Justin Bieber gave fans a shock on Christmas Eve by taking to Twitter.com to declare his plans for retirement once again.

The Baby hitmaker first sent fans into a spin last week after telling a Los Angeles DJ he was ready to hang up his microphone for good at the age of 19.

His manager, Scooter Braun, subsequently played down rumours the teen was done with pop, insisting he was simply planning to take some time out in 2014, but Bieber reiterated his intentions to quit the music industry once more on Tuesday, telling his more than 47 million Twitter followers, “My beloved beliebers (fans) I’m officially retiring.”

The message caused frenzied fans to take to the Internet to express their heartbreak, but Bieber then appeared to dismiss his own claim with a series of follow-up posts.

He went on to add, “The media talks a lot about me. They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I’m never leaving you, being a belieber (fan) is a lifestyle.

“Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM (sic) FOREVER.”

Bieber’s confusing posts appeared online hours before the release of his new concert documentary, Justin Bieber’s Believe, hit cinemas in North America, and it seems he hasn’t given up singing at all – he shared a number of videos on Instagram.com on Christmas Day featuring snippets of him singing acoustic versions of his tracks U Smile, Confident and Swap It Out.

Eminem, Oprah Winfrey, Tom Hanks Offer to Mentor Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has been inundated with offers from the likes of Eminem, Oprah Winfrey and Tom Hanks to mentor the teen superstar.

The Baby hitmaker’s ill-advised antics on tour and at home in California, which have included brushes with the law and headline-grabbing incidents, have prompted big names to offer up their help and advice.

Bieber’s bad behavior has included nightclub altercations, arguments with his neighbours, disappointing fans by rushing through meet and greet sessions and public urinating  claims.

The incidents have prompted a slew of concerned celebrities to reach out to Braun to see if there is anything they can do to help the youngster avoid destroying his career, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In a candid new interview with Braun and Bieber, the singer’s manager reveals he has fielded calls and emails from Winfrey, singer Adam Levine, rapper Drake and Mark Wahlberg, while Hanks’ wife Rita Wilson offered up her husband’s counselling skills to help the 19 year old avoid the pitfalls of fame.

And Braun claims Eminem’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, told him, “If you ever want Eminem to talk to him (Bieber), he would do it in a second. He cares about that kid.”

Braun has yet to take up the stars’ offers to advise Bieber during times of trouble as there is already one big name who is trying to keep the teen in check – Will Smith.

Braun claims Smith, whose son Jaden is good friends with the singer, once paid Bieber a much-needed visit and pulled him out of bed for a three-hour chat.

The manager recalls, “He (Bieber) said, ‘Man, that makes me feel so loved. I woke up, and there’s Will Smith, one of, if not the, biggest movie stars on the planet. He took time out of his day for me.'”

Smith has continued to make himself available to Bieber for weekly phone conferences, but the Independence Day actor has warned Braun the youngster will have to live and learn from his own mistakes: “He’s telling me: ‘Justin’s got to go through it. You can’t stop him from going through it. That’s youth in itself. He’s a young man who’s growing up, and that’s what makes him interesting and relatable. Otherwise, he’d be some kind of weird robot.'”

During the interview, Bieber expressed his carefree attitude towards his critics, saying, “I don’t (care) what they say… I know who I am and what I’m doing in my life and what I’ve accomplished and continue to accomplish as a performer, as a writer, as an artist, as a person, as a human being. I’m happy with the man I’m becoming.”

Justin Bieber Camp Waiting For Mariah Yeater To Submit DNA

Justin Bieber has taken steps to put an end to accusations that he fathered a child with a California woman by submitting DNA for a paternity test, and now the only thing holding up the results is the accuser herself. Sources say while Bieber, 17, provided DNA at a clinic under “very controlled circumstances” last Friday, Mariah Yeater has yet to provide DNA from her 4-month-old son Tristyn.
Bieber has not commented. His longtime manager Scooter Braun recently said that they will take necessary legal actions to ensure there are consequences for Yeater’s allegations.
“I think it’s important to hold people accountable for their actions. At the end of the day, we could shy away from it but I think it’s important not only for [Bieber] but for all the people in his position to make a statement that it’s not cool,” Braun said in an interview with Extra.
“He’s trying to be a role model and you’re not going to come in and just slander him and walk away and everything’s fine … We’re going to let people know that if we have to defend ourselves, there’s going to be consequences to their actions,” he added.
