Prince William To Host Charity Event With Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is headlining a charitable event at The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s home, which is set to be transformed into a winter wonderland. Jon Bon Jovi and James Blunt are also scheduled to perform during the Winter Whites Gala.

The event will benefit the charity Centrepoint, which aims to combat homelessness and is a cause that William and Prince Harry are both closely involved with. The evening is being produced by Hollywood screenwriter and producer Danielle Alexandra, a trustee of the charity. She says she has seen how young lives “have been transformed by the extraordinary work of Centrepoint and by Prince William’s genuine and heartfelt dedication to the young people affected by homelessness.”

Legal Action Filed Over Duchess’ Topless Pics

Prince William has filed a lawsuit against a French magazine after they published photographs of his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless.

On Friday, editors at Closer magazine published 14 images of the couple relaxing on the terrace of a private property in Provence during a brief vacation last week.

Several of the images show the Duchess removing her bikini top, relaxing on a sun lounger, giggling with the Prince, and rubbing sun cream on his back.

Aides at St. James’s Palace issued a statement condemning the publication of the snaps, and after consulting lawyers, the couple is now taking legal action for breach of privacy.

A statement reads, “St. James’s Palace confirms that legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the Editor and Publishers of Closer Magazine.”
